These Terms of Use govern access to and use of beetipsy.com (the "website"), owned by Tipsy Bee, S.L. (CIF B67894568), whose full details are in our Legal Notice. By browsing the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
1. Who the website is for
Tipsy Bee is a cocktail bar and restaurant, and this website includes information about alcoholic drinks. It is intended for adults. By using it you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country (18 in Spain). We do not serve alcohol to minors. Please drink responsibly.
2. Free access
Access to the website is free and does not require registration. You are responsible for your own internet connection and any related costs.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you must not: damage, overload or interfere with the website or its servers; try to access areas or systems you are not authorised to use; introduce viruses or malicious code; or use the content for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms Tipsy Bee or third parties.
4. Information on the website
We keep our menu, prices, allergen information, opening hours, live music schedule and merchandise as up to date as we can, but they are for information only and may change without notice. Prices include IGIC where applicable. Artists' schedules may change due to unavoidable circumstances. Merchandise shown on the website is sold in person at the bar, subject to availability; the website does not sell products online. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, always tell our team before ordering; the allergen charts available at the venue take precedence.
5. Reservations
Table reservations are made through Restoo, an external booking service, and are subject to our booking policy (shown before you book) and to Restoo's own terms. Groups of more than 12 should contact us on WhatsApp.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
The Tipsy Bee name and logo, illustrations, artwork, photographs, music, texts, menu and drink names, and the design and code of this website belong to the owner or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. All rights are reserved.
You may view the website and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication or modification, in whole or in part, requires our prior written consent. Quotations from third parties (such as Anthony Bourdain) belong to their authors and are reproduced for reference.
7. Links to this website
You may link to the home page or any page of the website, provided that the link: does not copy or frame our content; does not suggest that we endorse, sponsor or are associated with you unless we have agreed to it; does not make false or misleading statements about Tipsy Bee; and is not placed on a website with unlawful or offensive content.

The website links to external services such as Restoo, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, Waze and The Hive Gran Canaria. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of the website or from the inability to use it, nor for damage caused by misuse of the website by users. 12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of this website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Gran Canaria), the judicial district where Tipsy Bee is located, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply. Where the user is a consumer, this does not limit their right under consumer protection law to bring or defend proceedings before the courts of their own place of residence.
